Hi! I'm Cara Lee Kiggins (she/her). I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of pregnant families as a Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Prenatal Yoga Teacher. I've been helping people prepare for and navigate deeply transformative and unfamiliar experiences for nearly 18 years.
The birth of my two children as well as the births of those I've been honored enough to attend as a doula solidified my commitment to ensuring birthing people are prepared to navigate the surprises of birth with knowledge, coping strategies, confidence, bravery, and resilience.
Weaving in nurturing practices & advocacy tools, Brave Journey courses empower birthing people through foundational knowledge of evidence based practices, and guide you in preparation for your own unique birthing and postpartum journey.
