Three Prenatal Visits

(Includes Private Birth Preparation Course)

We'll meet prenatally at least three times. Two of the visits will be 6 hours of a private childbirth preparation course. The third visit will be finalizing your birth preferences and planning. Additional private prental yoga session packages are also available.

In Person Labor Support

I'll be on call for you from 38-42 weeks. I commit that I can be by your side within two hours of you calling me, if necessary. I offer phone support during early labor, and in-person support once active labor begins. I stay until about 1-2 hours after birth to ensure you've established infant feeding, and are comfortable. 

Two Postpartum Visits

The first postpartum visit is within a week to check in on your recovery, process any elements of your birth you'd like to talk through, & ensure infant feeding is off to a good start. The second postpartum visit will be a few weeks after birth to support your postpartum journey however I can most be of service.
